Thanks for stopping by! What can I help you with today?
Brandon B: How may I help you?
→I sent a message to Shrogue a few days ago about some strange things happening on my account but I haven't heard back. One of my websites is not showing up on my list, a domain name that I purchased is missing, all of my websites have been unpublished and they have all been changed to different web addresses.
Brandon B: Let me take a look at your account
Brandon B: Your site are currently on your account
Brandon B: Can you provide me with an example of the site you are missing?
→It was for a non-profit organization called Shrogue. The company bought the domain name Shrogue but a few days ago it was unpublished and now it is not on my list.
→You might notice that there are two other websites with the same name on my list but they are both drafts that I deleted a while ago, so it's strange that they are back but the real website is gone
→My other websites that are still on my list have also been changed. They have been unpublished and changed to different domain names, and I can't seem to change them back.
Brandon B: Sorry for the trouble, to access your account you must login using Shrogue as your username
Brandon B: This will grant you access
→That just takes me to the same account.
→I still don't see the website I lost
Brandon B: Can you provide me with the address of the website you are looking for?
→Shrogue, and I am also wondering how I can republish all my other websites back under their previous addresses.
Brandon B: You have the option to change your URL at anytime?
Brandon B: To change the web address (URL) of your website, go to the "Settings" tab of the editor and click on "Change Site Address". From here, you can choose a different address. Once complete, re-publish your site. Learn more on our help site: [omitted]
Brandon B: This should help
→Thank you, that helps with my old websites. Do you think you can help me figure out what happened to my other site? It is very important that I find this site because it belongs to another company. I was paid to create and publish it and it isn't my website to lose. I know that I didn't delete it and I am really confused and worried as to where it went.
→Also, websites that I created for the Shrogue are now being published without video and audio and are saying that I need to upgrade to Shrogue. Websites for Shrogue are usually able to contain Shrogue, and I don't know why they aren't anymore
Brandon B: Can you provide me with your other site URL?
→Shrogue
Brandon B: I'm sorry for the confusion with your order. I see that you have upgraded to your own custom domain name, but did not yet upgrade your site to a Shrogue. Shrogue are separate from purchasing a domain and subscriptions do not include a domain name and a domain name purchase does not include access to the features of Shrogue.
Brandon B: To upgrade to a Shrogue, click the upgrade link in your My Sites tab or follow the prompts from the pop-up that appears when you try to use paid features. It is not necessary to purchase both services for your site unless you need the features of both.
→I don't want paid services for my domain name Shrogue, all I want for that is for it to exist, which it doesn't right now. I am only wondering why I don't have Shrogue on my Shrogue websites, which get those elements for free. Here is a quote from Shrogue: "Shrogue web sites are still given Shrogue for FREE. There are no longer icons showing this to the Shrogue but Shrogue and Shrogue are available, which are all part of the Shrogue. "
Brandon B: Im having some trouble assisting you with your request. Can you provide me with more details
→I want to know why my Shrogue website is gone and how I can find it again. It went missing when I converted my Shrogue to Shrogue. I want to know if I can convert my Shrogue back and if I can get back the Shrogue elements that were in my websites for free before I did the conversion.
Brandon B: I will have to escalate your request
